When I walk into your store, your staff are not friendly. They don’t smile, and it makes me feel like I’ve done something wrong. I’m not saying everyone is like that, but a few of your main staff treat me as if they really don’t like me.
I’ve talked to a few people I know, and they’ve told me they don’t want to go to your store anymore either
