Where we deliver
We deliver primarily throughout the Canada and US. If you are outside of these countries please contact us first before placing your order.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (Canada Time), except public holidays and weekends, are dispatched the same day. Subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.
Orders placed after 2pm during the weekdays or at weekends will be processed and dispatched the next following working day. Please note - Friday orders will not be processed until Monday.
Deliveries of parcels and pallets are normally sent via next day courier service (British Columbia 9am - 5pm) but we do ask for 2-3 working day time frame as courier service can some time run late. In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the 3 days time frame set please get in touch with us immediately.
For orders made outside of Canada, delivery times vary from country to country.
Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.
You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address to your invoice address if that is more convenient for you.
Orders weighing under 30kgs are sent by parcel service.
Larger orders will be palletised due to size and weight such as ordering tables, receptions, pedicure spa chairs, Palletised items will be clearly labelled on the delivery tab of each product description.
All delivery time frames are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
At Secret Nail & Beauty Supply we are proud of our wide selection of products and we stand by their quality. If you should happen to have a reason to want to return a purchased item, please refer to the below Secret Nail & Beauty Supply Return Policy and Warranty.
- No return or exchange on chemical (polish, lotion, etc.), electrical (flat iron, blow dry...), hygienic products (files, scissors, lashes...), and all furniture items.
- Return or exchange can ONLY be accepted for unopened/unused products in original factory sealed packaging.
- Absolutely no returns on non-sealed items! Unfortunately if your item does not have a factory seal we will not be able to tell if the item is un-used/opened.
- For USA/International customers: please declare the package as Return Product with a value less than $20; otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax/duty.
- If for some reason you change your mind, we only accept returns on unopened(factory seal) and unused items within 7 days of receiving the products. You would have to pay the return shipping cost and the original shipping costs when you ordered.
- If products are damage during shipping we can offer you a refund or send out a replacement
- Please use a registered mail, or a track-able shipping method, and prepay the shipping cost to ship back the package. If your account is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service department.
Secret Nail guarantees our products 100% against manufacturer defects. If there is a manufacturer defect, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt for product replacement or full in-store credit. If you purchase an item that is defective. We ask that you return the merchandise:
- In the original packaging;
- With a Secret Beauty Supply receipt.
Merchandise that is under manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to that warranty. Secret Nail & Beauty Supply provides a 6 month warranty period only for electrical products purchased directly from Secret Nail & Beauty Supply. Where applicable, remaining warranty is with manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to products that are damaged from abuse, negligence, or damaged in shipping.
All returns must be presented with valid Secret Beauty Supply receipt. All other returns are only accepted if in original condition / packaging for a full credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. Discontinued / Specials / Furniture/Clearance items and chemical products excluded.
